Napfa was irritating,
sit-ups,
sit&reach,
standing broad jump, so irritating the IC keep making us jump again and again.
If not i could have done better.sorry uh. but its nature to land on one foot before another.
shuttle run,
inclined pull up, i was like, i stop at 3.then i was like okay lah 2 more.
then i only did 5. hahas. could have done better also.

super pain only my legs cramped & when i sneeze my stomach hurts.
Umh,I feel like isolating myself from this freeging family.
cause all they want me to do is study, i can't even have time to breathe.
